CyFIR LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to serve as a full-time, exempt Senior Executive Assistant in our Manassas, Virginia headquarters. CyFIR has a strong commitment to the achievement of excellence and diversity among its staff.


  • Acknowledge and prioritize requests, and schedule and manage the calendar for several high-level individuals;
  • Intercept and interpret requests for appointments, and prioritize and recognize what needs the executive’s personal attention;
  • Make travel arrangements, accommodation reservations, and outside appointments as necessary;
  • Take on special interest projects on an as needed basis;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence;
  • Act as a confidential assistant to the executive in all personnel matters and maintain the highest degree of discretion, sensitivity and objectivity at all times;
  • Proactively anticipate how events and initiatives will coincide and impact the office;
  • Assist with special projects; and
  • Will provide senior-level administrative support for special initiatives for the office.
  • Will support interaction with the Board of Directors
  • Will take on select Office Manager responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated significant experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced office;
  • Demonstrated significant experience with executive calendar management;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks accurately under pressure;
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills including the ability to work effectively with, and relate well to, staff and external constituents;

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
